George Combs, President
With a commitment to the highest level of detail and craftsmanship, George is at the helm and responsible for overseeing all of GWC’s construction projects. George started his career as a carpenter and has completed more than 150 projects over the past 30+ years. His work ethic, integrity and personal attention to the details of a property owner’s project, quality of skilled craftsmen and management practices define our company.
Carolyn Kelly Walkin, Marketing Director
Carolyn develops and maintains collaborative relationships with manufacturers, industry organizations and professionals in the residential and commercial real estate and design space. Responsible for developing partnerships, Carolyn successfully develops and manages a series of continuing education opportunities for architects, engineers and interior designers here at GWC, Inc.
Mary Ann Russo, Operations Director
With 20+ years of international corporate and manufacturing experience, Mary Ann brings a broad range of business skills to lead the operations of our infrastructure. With a drive for perfection, Mary Ann serves as chief of quality control and compliance to ensure that the highest standards are achieved.
Pattie Munos, Office Administrator
Pattie is a highly organized and tenacious member of GWC’s administrative team. Pattie brings experience in legal and human resources to the organization which is critical to the success of the entire staff.
David Elar, Senior Project Manager
Accomplished in residential and commercial project management, Dave uses his seasoned skills to oversee our project supervisors and lead our sub-contractor teams. With a keen ability to quickly grasp complicated projects, Dave is the driving force behind maintaining quality and timeline assurance for each project.
Rebecca Lui, Project Manager
Rebecca is responsible for maintaining project scheduling, purchasing and client communication. In addition to having international experience in interior and product design, Rebecca holds degrees in Applied Mathematics, Economics, Social and Historical Inquiry. Rebecca speaks and writes in both English and Mandarin fluently.
Tiana Fries, Project Coordinator
Tiana maintains project related data to meet operational goals, budgets and timelines by providing accurate project schedules, purchasing and performance reports. Tiana’s role is critical to the success of each client’s project.
Ron Thompson, Senior Estimator
Ron has a strong aptitude for interpreting architectural plans of all sizes. His pragmatic approach to preparing comprehensive estimates provides each project manager with a clear path to a successful execution.
Brittany J. Vazoulas, Assistant Project Manager/Estimator
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management and an Associate’s degree in Design, Brittany brings a high level of education to the GWC team. Her experience in operations and ability to conscientiously prepare estimates and schedules is critical to assure a high quality of service to our clients and professional partners.
Anthony Wendling, Site Superintendent
Anthony is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project site activities. He skillfully maintains the critical path and work flow for multiple residential projects.
Frank Maieski, Site Superintendent
Frank’s role as on-site superintendent ensures that our client’s projects are constructed with quality craftsmanship and in accordance with plans and specifications. Frank is responsible to maintain quality control across multiple job sites and enforce overall status and safety on a daily basis.
Barney, Vice President of Pet Operations
Our office mascot, Barney is responsible for roaming the office looking for food, visiting job sites, greeting clients and providing companionship for our team here at GWC. He takes his job very seriously.
Fred, Assistant to the Vice President of Pet Operations
Fred is the youngest member of the firm. He arrives each day with a strong desire to please and provides support to the two-legged and four-legged team at GWC.
