How do I select the best General Contractor for my project?
Selecting a contractor is the most important task for a homeowner or business owner as they consider and plan a new home or major renovation project. Trust should be the driving factor with experience, workmanship and value being seriously considered. Referrals are important however they should be received with caution and thoroughly vetted. A reputable and experienced contractor will invite you to visit current and completed sites to view the workmanship first hand. Schedule a meeting and be candid with each prospective contractor and architect regarding your expectations, your budget and your timeline so that he/she can properly estimate the quality and progress for your dream home.
